John Dick BSc MRICS
John is one of the most experienced capital allowances consultants in the country, having specialised exclusively in the subject over the last 20 years, following his initial training in private practice quantity surveying.
He has worked in various environments within that time, which included setting up a capital allowances department in Edinburgh for a large international property agency, prior to serving as a partner within a specialist firm for 12 years.
He has extensive knowledge of the subject, and acts for clients on development, acquisition, fitting out and refurbishment projects of varying complexity, and has a wealth of experience in negotiating matters with third parties and HMRC.
He frequently lectures on capital allowances to other professions within the industry.
